Intro & New Features

Experience the next level of protection and performance with the new Supreme Mach protective line from Bauer for the 2023 season. The gear is designed to offer unparalleled protection against impact in all directions while still allowing for lots of maneuverability. Features on the Mach hockey gloves include CURV composite protection, an AMP cuff design, a DuraCONNEKT palm, and a new 3-SHOX foam integration.

External Material

The gloves are constructed with a Pro Lite tex and cable mesh shell exterior, providing a combination of durability and breathability. The Pro Lite tex material offers excellent resistance against abrasions and wear, while the cable mesh allows for enhanced airflow and ventilation to keep hands cool during gameplay. This combination was seen in the previous Hyperlite, and on top of providing pro-level durability, the materials also keep the glove lightweight.

Finger Design & Protection

The new Shotboost finger design incorporates three-piece segmentation on the middle and ring fingers, allowing for improved stick contact during shooting. This design optimizes hand position on the stick, ultimately maximizing power and control in every shot. Additionally, the gloves utilize a new 3-SHOX foam, a combination of EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) and Defense Cloud Tech (DCT) foam. This advanced foam blend provides a sturdy and comfortable fit while also offering reliable protection.

Backhand Protection

The backhand of the Bauer Mach hockey gloves is equipped with 3-SHOX foam, made of EPP and DCT foams. This advanced foam combination provides a sturdy and comfortable fit, ensuring reliable protection for the back of the hand. With the help of EPP foam in the foam’s construction, 3-SHOX is designed to absorb impacts effectively, dispersing the force and minimizing the risk of injuries.

Thumb Design

The glove features a 3-piece flex thumb design, providing improved dexterity and grip. The thumb design is part of the Shotboost finger system, which optimizes hand position on the stick, promoting better connection and generating a stronger shot.

Cuff Design

The molded cuff roll offers a sleek appearance while maintaining structural integrity. The gloves use a CURV composite AMP cuff, which feels similar to how the cuff on a lacrosse glove works—no matter your movements, the cuff is designed to move with you, keeping you covered at all times without sacrificing mobility. Additionally, the gloves incorporate 3-SHOX foam in the cuff area, providing a sturdy level of protection and a comfortable fit.

Palm Materials & Gussets

The Bauer Mach hockey gloves feature a light grey DuraCONNEKT palm, offering enhanced feel and comfort on the ice. The palm material is designed to be 30% more durable than its predecessor, the CONNEKT palm, ensuring long-lasting performance. The gloves also incorporate comfort stretch gussets, allowing for pro-level flexibility and hand movement.

Liner

The Bauer Mach hockey gloves are equipped with a Hyper Sense finger liner, providing a comfortable and lightweight feel. This liner offers a nice, natural sensation, allowing players to stay focused on the game without distraction. The gloves also feature a Thermocore Zero backhand pad, which is an incorporated specially treated yarn treatment that efficiently manages sweat and odour.
